2Gen Bingo Night

At Friends of the Children – Phoenix, we take a two-generation approach to our work with youth and their caregivers. Sometimes that 2Gen Approach looks like connecting parents and other caregivers to community resources or Friends supporting caregivers at school conferences or justice system proceedings. But it also looks like these photos of youth and their caregivers playing games together, sharing positive experiences in a safe and fun environment.

We recently hosted a Bingo night for our youth and families to do just that – and win some prizes, too! Nothing livens up a conference room quite like yummy pizza, baskets of goodies, and the excitement of young people yelling BINGO! Thank you to the 50 youth and families who joined us, our board for the donation of prizes, and a private donor for the pizza dinner.
